Before I went to Performance Chiropractic I was at a point with my Medical Doctor where they were saying the next step for me was surgery on my elbow. I didn't want surgery so a friend of mine who was retired nurse told me I really should try going to her chiropractor. I went the next day and oh my goodness, it was like night and day. After he worked on me I got total relief. I still had issues with the elbow, but through his practice, he showed me how to help myself using trigger points. At my next appointment, he is going to teach me some exercises I can do at home. I really appreciated that I didn't have to take a pill to feel better. Since then I've sent my husband and some other people I know there. I highly recommend Dr. Duenas. He has really helped me.
