On a positve note...

On a positive note.... I was able to drive right in and additional service was done quickly. But I had brought car in for only an oil change. Felt pressured into having other things done. After $181 later I had to stop and get air in tire on way home - tire pressure gauge light came on.

Thanks for sharing the information and again we apologize for not meeting your expectations and our own expectations during your last service visit. I have discussed your concerns with the service advisor you were working with he had indicated to me that the vehicle battery tested at 284cca of a 600cca rated battery indicating replacement. Also the cabin air filter was musty & dirt plugged . The advisor did express that he advised you of the importance of these two services that needed to be completed soon. I apologize for the urgency the advisor put on the vehicle service needs. I have shared your comments with the staff and also explained to them about the value of each and every customer.
