First of all, I don't think anything can be 100% perfect when working with the elderly. Collingswood has definitely been a positive experience though. I feel that they really do try their best and their building is well maintained. The other residents are great and their staff is pretty responsive. Of course, they could always improve by responding quicker to the call button when it's busy on the weekends, but they are great and apologize, and I have already recommended them to others.
