I work in the nursing and assisted-living industry, and after residing in your facility briefly following a recent surgery, I felt I must write to tell you how impressed I was.
Every staff member took ample time to speak to all residents they passed in the hall, and I regularly saw them give the kind words and pats on the hand that say so clearly, “You are special.” The smiles on the staff’s faces were matched only by the smile in their voices as they addressed their residents. The respect they felt for each person in their care was very evident.
The facility itself was beautiful, comfortable and well-maintained, and the activities offered were appealing.
The meals were wonderful and varied, and each item was restaurant quality. Certainly no one would ever leave the table hungry! Even the table settings were lovely, and the food service was conducted in a manner that allowed each resident to maintain the utmost dignity.
Thank you for allowing me to experience your well-managed and comforting facility. Each and every staff member should be very proud of the wonderful, vital work they do each day!
