Purchased above ground shelter including foundation through Home Depot. Worst experience I've ever had with both companies. I was told at the time of my purchase that the shelter would be installed in a couple of weeks. After a month passed I called Survive a Storm and the finally set up and install date. The came out and poured the foundation first. Well the foundation was not poured In accordance with their own specifications they sent us. They gave us all the excuses you could imagine on why it really didn't matter about the foundation. About two months later they finally agreed to repair the foundation. I was told by Brandy that I would be compensated for all the trouble I had to go through. That never happened as well!! Bottom line is they get your money up front and you’re at their mercy. I should have received and apology from Home Depot and the CEO of Survive a Storm. I only hope that the foundations they have poured in the past and the future will hold the shelters in place during a real storm!!!
