Excellent service. Very prompt response.

I called on a weekend and was pleasantly surprised when a technician, Tim, arrived within a few hours. After his examination of my problem (leaking sink pop-up assembly), he clearly explained my options and the attending costs. I was very pleased with the repairs and would gladly use them again.
