We had a complete blockage in major sewer drain from our house. Caused shower to back up and spill over bathroom floor. Two service persons with all the necessary equipment were at our house within an hour of our phone call requesting service. They offered several different levels of service and repair work to solve the problem. I made the choice and they were true to their estimate. They had to dig down to the line outside, got it cleared, inspected and cleaned all the various drains, and installed a clean-out. Worked several hours (until 6:30 pm) until they got the job done. This original drain line had been in place for 50 years and rather suddenly began to cause problems.
They did a good job of clean-up and had multiple trips in and out of the house. We were so pleased and relieved to get this done on same day as problem developed!
