Mixed Experience
I had a good experience with the service, but a problem with their policy. I had a plumbing problem where a small pipe burst and I needed to get it fixed. LaVergne was the only plumber available and responded right away. The problem I had was that they needed to comeback for a second visit and they left me without water. Fortunately, I knew how to get water back on by switching the breakers, but I think their policy of leaving customers without water is not good. Before I turned the water on myself, I called into the office and the receptionist told me that the plumbers had left and would not be able to respond, meaning that I had to deal with the problem myself. The manager had called back and told me that he was unable to come out. In addition to the bad policy, I think that their pricing is also expensive for the work that they do.
