LaVergne Plumbing and Heating came out promptly when I called. I was having an issue that required pretty fast service and they were able to come out and deal with it the next day. I had a complicated situation going down in the bathroom that we discovered. The plumber gave me both the worst case and best case scenarios for how much work it would be and it ended up being right in between.

The issue was with a toilet I have downstairs. The people who sold me the house had made a little footing for the toilet to keep it level, because it didn't really sit level on the floor. It was kind of a tricky project and they told me that it might not look too pretty when they finished, but it looks fine actually. I got a brand new toilet and the work they did wasn't messy at all. I was expecting something worse, but it was really nice.

I think plumbing is just expensive, but considering that it could have cost us a lot more to fix the problem I think the price was fair. It was kind of a band-aid fix because the most permanent fix would have been much more expensive and involved jack hammering the concrete floor. What they did will hold up and do what I need it to do, so I'm pretty happy with it. They were friendly, fast and weren't invasive, so that was good.
