Great Service...but what about preventative services
I was extremely happy with the service. The response time and rate were out of this world. The fixed the problem super quick, and the tech was very friendly and "clean & professional". What I was less amused with was the fact that he was quick to tell me what I would pay next time this happens. I, in turn, asked what service could they provide to help prevent this from happening again...he said the offer no such service. I then suggested that they consider, as the industry requires, a preventative maintenance offer for homes, i.e. flush drain pipes, inspection furnaces, replace seals and gaskets, etc. Shocking a customer with a $1500 Bill and not offering a way to prevent getting to that situation is obsurd. Offer me a program for $250 a year, and I would gladly sign up and have you take care of all of my home needs when it comes to plumbing and heating issues. Otherwise, just sending possible costs for the next time, is just telling me that the next time I call, you are definitely going to gouge my wallet. Consider the preventative option, and your company has guaranteed work when times are slow...but still putting people mind at ease. That is SMART BUSINESS!
