I was completely disappointed with Eel Valley Appliance. I had researched my dryer’s error code and was a little educated as to the problem. I called Eel Valley Appliance because of the reviews I have read on line and wanted to support local businesses. The technician was late to start with and was not aware of the error code that I had provided at time of scheduling the service. He admitted that he was not familiar with Frigidaire Affinity dryers. Once the technician consulted his "smart phone”, he acted as though he knew exactly the problem and left. The next day he called me to inform me what the cost would be to repair the dryer...three times the standard repair cost and twice the cost of the competitor. What a rip off.
