I have been using the services from Eel Valley Appliance to do repairs on most of the electrical appliances in my home and have been quite pleased with the services they have provided. Most of the appliances in my home are made by Bosh and Matt who comes out to do the repairs and maintenance is very well versed with their products and how to repair them. The only issue I have had with Eel Valley Appliance is with the oven in my home, I had Matt come out to take a look at it because the main panel on it was becoming very dim, Matt took a look at it and said he would try to find parts for it. The parts needed ended up not being made anymore, Eel Valley charged me for Matt coming out to do the maintenance check and kept sending the bill for the work done to the wrong address. After marking the payment as late I got a call from Eel Valley asking why I wasn't paying my bill, once it all was worked out they sent the bill to the correct address and it was able to get paid. Overall I am quite pleased with the services from Eel Valley Appliance, other than some communication issues the work from them has always gone well, I will continue to use them and I highly recommend their services.
