I have had a positive experience using Eel Valley Appliance. I had a problem with my freezer and my washer. They did a great job with the work that they were supposed to do. I had a bit of a problem with my washer, but the staff they wold come back to try to resolve it, so I am happy that they take the time to make sure that their customers are happy, especially since I live so far away. I would think that their pricing is comparable to other companies, considering where I live. I would definitely recommend them to future customers. The serviceman is very polite and professional. The staff calls me back any time I have a question, so they are definitely available to help out their customers. Overall, I trust them and I can't think of anyone else who I would recommend but them! They did a great job, so they left me a happy customer.
