The first time our furnace tried to turn on this year it didn’t. We called Dial One Schilling and we’re told they will try and get someone out the same day but it might be the next day. Fortunately, for us they were able to send someone the same day. We needed a new starter and thankfully he had one in the truck. As a result of their excellent service, we only had a few cold hours before the furnace was back up and running. As usual, we received professional, polite and excellent service.
