I've been using Dial One Schilling for over thirty years, and I trust the company and their performance. My unit stopped working during Labor Day weekend, when Southern California encountered a nasty Heat wave. During the initial inspection, Scott, showed me the one to the power plugs, that had basically melted, which took out my unit, and from his experience, it appeared to be the original unit from the 80's. Scott provided an option of repairing my unit, however, from my research, it didn't make sense, as my unit had reached it's end life, so Scott was able to procure a replacement unit, schedule the install, and so far, everything is working as expected. I'm very happy with the end results.
