We've been using Dial ONE Schilling Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for about three years. I really appreciate their promptness and quick response time. They are lovely people and everything they've done with the air conditioner and heater has been perfect. When we hired them to install a new toilet for us and it wasn't exactly what I wanted. I have a ninety-seven-year-old husband and we had a particular toilet in mind that was eighteen inches from the floor. But Mike, the plumber, purchased one he thought would be better for us and it really isn't what I wanted. It's installed and it's okay. We'll live with it.
