We had an issue with our water heater, no hot water. Called Dial One and they were out within the hour. The technician Scott checked out the problem, determined the cause, then took the time to give us a little education. He not only told us what was wrong with the water heater, he pointed out some issues with the installation that were not up to normal standards. After the "education", he gave us a list of options with prices including a an estimate to replace everything and bring everything up to code. We chose to just repair the problem and install earthquake restraints. Scott was a complete professional....never any pressure, and he took the time to answer all our questions. We know we have addition issues with the installation, and when it comes time, we'll be calling for the complete package which will correct all our issues.
