My husband and I have used competitors for years for our professional carpet cleaning. We decided to try something different this time. The only drawback was we did have to call the morning of just to confirm the appointment and to ensure the technician would be out. It was over a holiday weekend, and we had scheduled our appointment several weeks in advance. The man that answered the phone was super nice and did confirm. We even got a call about an hour later letting us know our technician would be out soon. When our technician, Stan, arrived he was super nice, and very respectful. He went to work and we went to work with tons of questions. He answered all of our questions with great professionalism. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. After Stan left my husband and I were very pleased with the way the carpets turned out. We have 8 year old carpets and were not expecting miracles. We were blown away with the look, and the drying time. Our carpet has taken a ton of time to dry in the past with other carpet cleaning companies. We were able to have the entire house back in order within 1 1/2 hours after he left. The look and feel of the carpet is fabulous! We definitely will be back and definitely will be looking for Stan to come back!
