False Advertisement & Unacceptable Customer Service
While they advertise 1-2hrs for drying, my carpets and sofa/couch are still wet after 24hrs. When I talked to Ron-owner about it, he blamed me for having had sprayed extra solution on the carpet for stains. The conversation quickly became accusational in the tone that his guy had spent extra time to clean the spots I had pointed. This is what happens with this company: You schedule your appt between 8-8.30am and one guy shows up @ 9am. By the time, he starts cleaning it's 9.30am. Because there's only one guy, you end up having to help move the furniture while you're paying them do that. It takes 3hrs for the guy to clean 3 rooms, 1 hall and 2 sofa/couch. While it's repeatedly ensured that that it will dry in 1-2hrs, your carpet and sofa are still wet after 24hrs. And, the stains on the sofa are still there. When you call Ron about it, you are repeatedly told that it's your fault that you caused them 3 other businesses because the cleaner spent more time that supposed to clean "the stains". He offers to send the guy for 'spot cleaning' on the sofa, but by then Ron is so rude that you basically cannot put up with the attitude. If this is the service you want to have, please call this company.
