Wrote reveiw on wrong chem dry store

I'm so very sorry for all the bad reveiw on chem dry of kernersville nc or the triad. They have great service and prices and Ryan with the chem dry of kernersville nc was great. But my bad review was toward chem dry of Winston Salem nc they have raised their prices much higher then the other chem dry in the triad and I ask them why they said that we are a franchise and we set our own price. So that tells me that chem dry of Winston Salem,nc just has found a way to rip off the customers or take advantage of the customers. So please be ware of chem dry of Winston Salem,nc Please remember that for great service and prices with chem dry get it with Ryan with chem dry in kernersville,nc

All Chemdry's charge differently.. Each chemdry is a separate franchise organization and service different areas Chemdry of the Triad services only Guilford, Forsyth and Stokes counties. We do have a more modest pricing than most other franchises because we want the customer to view us as a good value for our services. We are sorry that some franchises value their clients differently. Rest assured we frond on price gouding of any sort but we cannot control other franchise pricing.. the bottom line is the customer has to make the correct choice. So rest assured that you will get the best value for your money with Chemdry of the Triad
