After waiting 30 min. for arrival I had my doubts but was very pleased with the service and results. Well worth the wait and would use again and will use again in the future.

Unlike many other home service providers who give customers an appointment time frame of up to serveral hours; Chem-Dry of the Triad only ask that our customers allow us 30 minutes from their scheduled appointment time. We schedule this window to allow for traffic and any other unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
