I saw ChemDry of the Triad's ad in the Yellow Pages and called them to come clean the carpets in two bedrooms. My house had been flooded due to excessive rain a couple of days earlier. I initially called one disaster recovery company but was quite dissatisfied with their service - and the charges were astronomical! Ron and Victor came to my rescue as soon as they could and were able to clean, dry and sanitize my soggy, dirty carpets - even the padding was saved! They are not only knowledgeable and professional but also very kind and considerate, since I was still reeling from the shock and loss due to my house being flooded. Great work, guys - you're my heroes!
