I called ChemDry because their products are kid-safe and was mainly pleased with the result. All but one soiled spot on the couch came out beautifully. My only complaint is how wet everything was when they were done. The representative told me the couch would be dry in a couple of hours and parts were definitely still wet when we went to bed that night (it was done at 10 a.m.). Despite this, we'll use them again for our upstairs carpet, but probably just plan to be out most of the day so it can dry without too much foot traffic.
