Even though I was not told to do so at the time that I scheduled the appointment, we moved 5 pieces of furniture from our bonus room to make cleaning easier. I was shocked when I realized after the Chem-Dry employee had gone that he had cleaned around a fan, desk chair, trash can, and a couple other items that could have been easily moved. I think the items should have been moved, or I should have been informed of the company policy if i was expected to move them. The areas where he did clean were done well.
