I contacted Chem Dry of the Triad after one of my coworkers had her Carpet cleaned by the Company.

There was some confusion on the correct date of the appointment but when I called Personnel were very courteous and rescheduled for the next day.

They were very courteous upon arrival to my residence and they did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the service and our Carpets.

Me and my wife both said if we knew they were gonna turn out that good we would have called a long time ago !
