We took two of four area rugs to the facility; the young man (Rory) who helped us was friendly, efficient, explained the process thoroughly. The rugs were quite dirty - one of them came back looking like new! We were so pleased. The larger still has some faint stains, but I am sure this is the best that could be done. We have two more which we will take over in the next couple of weeks.
