I found the young man, Ryan, to be very friendly, service-oriented, and efficient! He arrived on-time, and showed interest in the areas of concern I had with my carpet. He was very willing to assist me in moving a few pieces of furniture. I observed him working systematically through the rooms with the cleaning and application of the protectant. I was very pleased with his work, and felt like my carpet was renewed. I would recommend Chem-Dry to my friends.
