The cleaners are reliable and do a very good job on a large house given the time allowed and the amount of stuff in the house (a lot). Personnel rarely changes, which is a good sign. The cleaners are personable and honest. The management has been flexible on those occasions when we have had to cancel or reschedule (home remodeling, etc.).
