We were very impresses on how Classique Floors handled issues we had with the installers. They went the extra mile to make us happy. They chose to completely replace & reintall the flooring that had been installed in a less than acceptable manner. This was no fault of the product or Classique Floors. They could have taken a short cut but did not and we are so thankful for their concern about their customers. We are extremely happy that a company is proud of their product and workmanship.
