Terrible experience

My wife and I went to Classique Floors show room on 5/23/2013. Spoke with a lady who's name is Judy.

We wanted to have our bathroom stall retiled.

We gave Judy some dimensions and picked out a few tiles that we thought would look good. She said she'd email a quote that night. Didn't receive any email.

The next day she came to our home and measured out the job and said that she would get us an estimate later that day or the next day.

Next day I get a call from her saying that she was so busy that she would not be able to get us our estimate until Wednesday 5/29/2013.

Well today is 6/3/2013 and we have never received an email or another phone call from Judy or Classique Floors.
