I ordered laminate flooring for three different rooms from Classique Floors, and that was smooth. Then, I had them do the installation as well, and that was good, except for a manufacturers defect in the flooring. So, it took maybe about a month actually to get the floor completely installed, but they were really great throughout that, and they made calls to to keep me updated on what was happening.
