Homefix Custom Remodeling installed and ordered new windows for my house, and really the communication needed to be better throughout the whole process--such as whenever it came down to when the actual installation was going to take place. I always had to go get the information from them versus them presenting it to me. Some suggestions for improvement would be the sales person certainly continuing to say that I can count on them for anything, but point out the people involved in each step of the process--from when the order is received to the scheduling and installation. Just give the key contacts and phone numbers that you can call during each step of the process. The lack of communication is the reason overall that it was an average experience.

However, I give the CEO a lot of credit for having his cell phone number listed on his website. I used it and he did respond, and there was also an initial response from one of the key subordinates. Besides that, I'm very, very pleased with the windows and the improvement to my home. It was a very good product. I believe I paid a somewhat premium price for a very, very good warranty, but I don't have a web site to go to or a hard copy stating here is a warranty for your windows--but I have confidence that I'll get it.
