Don’t do what I did. I didn’t compare prices before having the work done. I spent double the neighborhood price. I assumed they would work from the front of the house because that was what I had seen done before. And no one spoke up when I arranged for parking in front of my house so they would be as close as possible. Because of this, they tore apart my backyard where they did work from. I hadn’t moved things since I didn’t expect them to work from the back of a row home. A family garden Owl was broken. They forced the gate open since I hadn’t unlocked it. They could have asked me to unlock it. They then raised the price from @11K to @16K because they said there were 8 “membranes” and they had only expected 2. How do you argue when the old roof has already been torn off? Even then the said they were giving me a discount. The workers themselves were very pleasant and tried to be accommodating but the language barrier did make communicating rather difficult. Please learn to check out more than I did. My fault.
