Every time it rained it got worse and worse. The previous owner had patched it and painted it to look nice, but did not use the correct wood. Homefix Custom Remodeling removed all the old rotting, wood, replaced and painted it. It looks great and the workers did an excellent job cleaning up all the old wood that was removed. Now the house is protected from varmints and the elements. Would definitely use them again!
