HCR came to our door trying to pitch their business. I was skeptical at first but we set up an appointment for a free estimate. Vince was very thorough in his explanation of the different products. When it came to the day of the job they did not come at the scheduled time because of a delay in getting the materials - they called and apologized for the delay. However, the next day they came very early around 7am and were finished by 12:30 or so. They were very efficient and cleaned thoroughly around the house - which totally made up for the delay.
