Our new windows are leaking so badly you can see daylight between the gaps. Our windows do not fit and cold air is rushing in between cracks. Repairmen weee Seth three times and they shimmed and caulked and installed screws as many gaps as they could, but they leak terribly still. The caulk does not hold back all the air rushing in. The windows I replaced were far better than these leaking windows. Please do not put yourself in this position! I’m sick I spent so much money on complete junk.
