I had a kind of mixed bag experience with Homefix Custom Remodeling. Our initial contact with them was when someone showed up doing direct marketing door to door. I looked over their material and we came to agreement regarding some work on our front door. After that agreement, however, there was very little contact with them. They didn't call to do any followup or to keep in touch. Neither did they call us with information we had specifically asked for. Like, things they had promised to call us back on but they never did. Their installers, when they arrived to do the actual were very professional and they did good work. However, once the work was done, they, again, didn't get back to me on specific questions I had. Even when the customer care people called for follow up, and would promise to have the relevant people call, they just didn't. So while the work itself was done okay, as an experience, I not at all impressed.
