Chris was an absolute pleasure to deal with from first contact until he drove off into the sunset after successfully ridding our house of unwanted water due to a severe burst pipe. It was clear that Chris was well versed and eager to get to work as soon as he arrived at our house. Importantly, Chris was sympathetic to our situation, understanding how daunting things appeared at first. However, he was able to calm our worst fears as he was proactive to dry our Master bathroom, kitchen and downstairs basement of standing water that had been prevalent for at least a few days. Lastly, I would mention that Chris was thoughtful and willing to think about other issues that may be present that were outside his expertise. This was especially important for us as it prepared us to ask more informed questions of the insurance adjuster, the HVAC technician and the plumber. Chris was a delight to deal with in what could have been an extremely tenuous situation!
