I was pleased with the service Rytech (serving Lee and Collier Counties) provided to me in St. Augustine following Hurricane Matthew. Jon Lavender (owner) was clear about the scope of work that would be provided by his company, and then he fulfilled the agreed contract without any problems. He provided his own dumpster to haul away rubbish, compared to dumping it on the front lawn like other water remediation companies did. Following the completion of work, he also provided documents (including drying logs) for me to use when communicating with the flood insurance adjuster. I would recommend Jon Lavender and his company for any future occurrences when water remediation is needed.
