I am completely frustrated at this point after 7 months of being blow off for their mistakes. My insurance company notified them in writing regarding their past due issues. They placed them on my account and after months of requesting them to clear my account they have not. I am going to start printing their emails along with my insurance companies emails to their faults. They have been completely negligent in their business !!!!! Grossly so!
They are after 7 months the worst!!!! I have documentation I will post Mary Williams has has promised they would take care of their negligence after 7 months and to date have not!
