Recently my house in Georgia had a broken pipe and part of the house was flooded. The technician who came to install the air blower and dehumidifier was professional and courteous. His name is Ben. The person who came to remove the machines was totally unprofessional. Her name is Casey. She showed up 45 minutes late. Didn’t apologize. Did call to say she was running late. Had the gall to say she was stuck in traffic. There’s no traffic on Saturday! I hope the folks in Rytec management who read this actually does something about this employee. It doesn’t reflect well on the company.
