Brad Hartung and Mike Budewitz from the Rytech North Metro Indy office were responsive, professional and extremely courteous when assigned to the water damage loss at my home. Brad initially responded and made certain that we were cared for with respect to his mitigation efforts. He returned the following day to check on the progress and answer any questions. Mike followed up the next two days until the dehumidifier and fan could be removed. When the odor persisted, Mike applied another disinfectant and deodorizer to remove the lingering odor. We were very pleased with their service and care for their customer.
