Poor Follow-Up
2 months ago during a heavy rainy period in South Florida our roof started to leak. We called our insurance company who in turn called our local Rytech office.. They responded quickly - we were very pleased. The technician Nick ripped out the molding on the bottom of the wall on two walls, cut the carpet and carpet pad as samples and left. When he returned he knocked the wall (that had been freshly painted) and left with his equipment. When I complained to Rytech - they sent out a supervisor who said that he would put it on the "fast track" and take care of the expenses for the damage. That was 4 weeks ago. After constant phone calls (4 week of calls) and being ignored I am going to report this to the State's Attorneys office.
