I drive by Back To Basics Automotive on my way to work, so I decided I would try them out when I needed some repairs. I had previously been going to a different shop for quite some time, but they really were slipping with their service and even overcharging in some areas. Back To Basics Automotive was great! They were polite, friendly, professional, and they got right to the point of what the issue was. They were prompt and direct about the repairs I needed, and didn't over sell any unneeded repairs or products. They did an excellent job fixing the muffler, gas tank, and a few other things between both of the vehicles. Overall, I was very satisfied and I absolutely recommend them!
