integrity, honesty, trust
Ernie, when you don't treat even your closest, personal relationships with integrity, honesty, trust or respect, it makes the words you use lose all meaning as a business statement and as a believable representation of who you are and how you run your company. You illegally pass cars that don't pass inspection. You knowingly employ men that use drugs while working on vehicles for you. You pay a worker under the table to save him from paying higher child support. You date and sleep with numerous customers at the same time not sharing with any of them what they have a right to know and what will affect their sexual
health. None of these include you being honest, having integrity or being trustworthy.
