I have been a customer with Back To Basics Automotive for a while now and I have always been very satisfied with the services they provide. They always make sure to give me all the details and allow me to choose the best route for me. They are ok with using alternative parts - they don't insist on using only factory parts. I also like that they will show me the broken part after they take it off. I definitely recommend them!
