I have been going to Ascent Audiology & Hearing for two years and, I tell you what, you can tell it is great customer service. Kelly's receptionist is wonderful and friendly, and it's a pleasure to go to their office. I just love the two Starkey hearing aids I got, and making follow-up appointments for adjustments and scheduling for these things is just fine.

Previously I had hearing aids not from them, and the service wasn't like anything I got from Kelly. She was so thorough and explained things in a way that an old person could understand. I think their prices are comparable to the quality; I did get the top of the line, and the cost is comparable to other places I checked for the quality I wanted.
