I have been going to Ascent Audiology and Hearing for about seven years. Just recently they suggested that I change to a new aid, which has suited me much better. I have been using the new aids for about two months. They are avery good product and I haven't had any issues with them. Everything has gone very well. Their aids are less obvious and I can wear cute earrings while I have them in.

I go into Ascent Audiology every three months for maintenance and checkups. Their prices are average. The same as anywhere else. The people there are the best. They are friendly and understanding. They make me feel comfortable. Their availability is really good as well. I have been able to reach out them with no problems if I need to. They have been able to answer all of my questions.
