I have no complaints about Ascent Audiology & Hearing. I had a thorough hearing check with them, and I was given options for hearing devices to choose from. The follow-up service and their ability to accommodate any adjustments I needed was really great. The staff were wonderful- the receptionist, Abby, is just the sweetest she can be. I thought Kelly was very knowledgeable and helpful, and she understood the issue that needed to be worked out. I just appreciated her all around, and her follow-up. She has stayed with me, and will stay with me throughout the first year. I appreciate the follow-up, and for that period of time my batteries are at no charge. The staff were friendly, efficient, and it was just an all-around good experience.
