My family has lived in Mount Vernon for quite a long time, and we've used many car repair providers. Total Car Care Inc. is very quick to schedule an appointment, and they do a nice job of listening to you when you come in and are telling them about the problem. They get you in right away, and call to let you know what's happening with the car before doing the repair. In some cases, I thought I needed a repair, but they told me I didn't! This is quite the opposite of a typical auto shop. They don't try to up-sell you. I always had an honest and straightforward experience there!
